As a Product Designer at Bosch Sprang (Kiefel), I was responsible for designing and modeling a wide range of products for thermoforming molds, including drinking cups, trays, and flower pots. I developed comprehensive technical drawings for the workshop and proactively contributed to smart, efficient mold layouts aimed at enhancing both product quality and manufacturing performance.
In my role, I ensured compliance with relevant certifications, such as food-grade requirements, and optimized cavity configurations to maximize output and maintain consistent quality. I also supervised and executed mold trials, where I evaluated results and fine-tuned processing parameters. Additionally, I performed high-precision measurements in the laboratory to verify tolerances, dimensions, and material behavior.
