The Miller looks elegant and sleek yet the engineer and production is very complex. From the sourcing of the leather to welding the frame, every aspect was a nice challenge to keep the aesthetic sleek. For the sourcing of the leather Functionals set a higher bar for the quality than usual. Creating the best looking chairs took time with the supplier and me and my colleague hand picked and cut it piece by piece.
The frame had other challenges, the welding had to be very precise due to the alignment of the leather and wooden supporting parts. Eventually after some adjustments with the suppliers we managed to create a very nice chair.
